This part is suitable for all kinds of sports, where you would like to train fast leg movement and coordination skills, also from upper body with leg movements. The training cards are also suitable as simple cardio workout and for your special skills as handball goalkeeper...

You only need a folding rule, an empty space of approx. 2 x 2 meters size. You can use Tabata music with high intensity training intervals from our website or your own music for motivation and keeping up the training speed.
